Cate Latimer is a journalist and filmmaker.

She is a senior at Brown University, where she works as the Editor-in-Chief and President of The Brown Daily Herald.

While at Brown, she has created unscripted videos as a freelance filmmaker and directed a scripted miniseries.

She has interned in documentary production for CNN and Delirio Films, worked as a production assistant for LA’s Rich and Successful Film Festival and interned at Sogbots. Her writing can be found in The Nation, The Providence Eye, EcoRI News and The Brown Daily Herald, among other publications.

Above all else, she likes to tell meaningful stories about interesting people.
