Cate Latimer is a filmmaker and journalist.

She is a senior at Brown University, where she works as the Editor-in-Chief and President of The Brown Daily Herald.

While at Brown, she has created unscripted videos as a freelance filmmaker and directed a scripted miniseries.

She has interned in documentary production for CNN and Delirio Films, worked as a production assistant for LA’s Rich and Successful Film Festival, and interned at Sogbots. Her writing can be found in The Nation, EcoRI News, Jet Fuel Review, and Heavy Feather Review, among other publications.

Above all else, she likes to tell meaningful stories about interesting people.
